RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We use standard sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However, if you still want to swap your items for another size or style, you may return them within 7 days of delivery at:

The items must be returned with tags intact, in their original box packing, along with the invoice. Please mention your desired exchange piece and the size on the invoice. The exchange piece must be of similar or higher value. We can also issue you a credit note if you choose to delay your purchase for the exchange items. Important things to keep in mind while sending back the product for return:
- All items must have the original tags and be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant, or detergent.
- All items should be free of makeup or tan marks.
Please Note:
- Refunds are not available, only exchanges or credit notes.
- Altered outfits will not be eligible for exchange.
- We do not entertain returns & exchanges on international orders.
- During festivals, pandemics, or adverse weather conditions, your shipment could get delayed. We ensure that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good condition.
SHIPPING POLICY
We have FREE shipping within India. Once you place an order, your items will be delivered within 12 to 20 working days. Although we use some of India’s largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound by their coverage. In case your address is in a location not served by them, we will contact you to find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.
Please Note: During festivals, adverse weather conditions, or pandemics, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you on time.
International orders take a minimum of 10-15 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by courier services or customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Order cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, you will need to follow our return process.
